The members of the BTT Montgó de Jesús Pobre have attended the Cardiology Clinic REMA to pass the stress tests and comprehensive medical examinations.
Thanks to the collaboration agreement between these two entities, athletes will be able to perform the various tests that make up these awards. As they are, the electrocardiogram, Doppler echocardiography and stress tests with gases, performed by cardiologists.
This approach is intended to mitigate the risk that any sport entails. Since for any athlete performing certain efforts, it can cause at times can happen cardiac events.
According to the recommendation of FIFA, "all athletes before comxicotetion should do a stress test that includes an echocardiogram expressly".
