El Javea Town Hall The electronic tendering platform has already been launched, a tool that will make it easier for interested companies to access municipal contracting procedures.
As explained by the Councilor for Recruitment and New Technologies, Ximo Segarra, the implementation of this telematic system has not entailed an economic cost to the City Council, "Moreover, it reduces costs and administrative tasks, makes hiring more agile and safer all communications, in addition to allowing bidders permanent access to all process information in its different phases". The platform is
synchronized with the Contractor profile already implemented a few years ago, and which is also part of the State platform.
The mayor stressed that this system also allows greater transparency and meets the objectives of the Consistory to improve Electronic Administration, digitize the administration and reduce paper consumption.
Segarra hopes that with this platform, which simplifies and gives agility to the process, there will be greater concurrence in tenders and a better quality of offers.
