The City Council of Xàbia opens a job bank for janitors

El Javea Town Hall has approved the bases that will govern the call for the constitution of a job bank for janitors. The purpose of this call is to temporarily cover jobs, with the category of janitor, that are vacant because they could not be filled immediately by career civil servants, through appointment of interim personnel or contract.

The deadline for submitting instances began this Monday, September 27, and from then on there are 20 business days. The instances requesting to take part in this call will be directed to the Mayor's Office of the City Council of Xàbia. These will be presented together with the DNI or NIE until October 25 via the Municipal Registry or electronic office.

After the deadline for submitting instances, by resolution the list of admitted and excluded will be declared approved, which will be displayed on the municipal notice board and on the municipal website, granting them a period of 10 days to correct errors. by excluded people. Within such period, any pertinent claim may be submitted.

In any case, once the claims and remedies have been resolved, the list of admitted and excluded will be finalized. In the resolution approving the lists, the place, date and time of the theoretical exercise will be determined.

Applicant requirements

  • Be over 16 years of age and not exceed the maximum age for compulsory retirement.
  • Possess Spanish nationality or have the nationality of a member country of the European Union or of any of those states to which, by virtue of international treaties concluded by the European Union and ratified by Spain, the free movement of workers in the terms in which it is defined in the constitutive treaty of the European Union; be the spouse of Spaniards and nationals of other member states of the European Union, provided they are not legally separated, or be their descendants or those of their spouse under 21 years of age or over said age dependent.
  • Not having been separated by means of a disciplinary file from the service of any Public Administration, nor being disqualified from the exercise of public functions.
