Given the large number of people who are needing the digital certificate these days to request aid or benefits, the Town hall of El Poble Nou de Benitatxell has enabled a face-to-face service schedule for the processing of this document. This is absolutely extraordinary attention, since the consistory continues to have its facilities closed due to the health emergency.
This service will be limited to people who allege an urgent and cannot be postponed reason, and they will be required to request an appointment by email registre@elpoblenoudebenitatxell.com specifying the reason for the urgency and attaching a photo of the DNI.
Subsequently, the registry will respond to email to applicants with indications of the date and time of the appointment, as well as the documents they have to provide.
The hours of operation will be Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 12:00 to 13:30, although the City Council reiterates that no one will be served who does not have an appointment.
