Within the process of technological modernization that began a few months ago the Town hall of El Poble Nou de Benitatxell, the Department of Digital Innovation has acquired, through public bidding, 14 efficient printers for the different departments and areas of the consistory.
In addition to renewing and improving work tools, this process has managed to regularize the hiring of this service after a long time.
These are modern pieces of the latest technology that reduce the cost of paper, ink and energy as much as possible and that, therefore, generate a smaller ecological footprint.
"It is one more of the actions that we have proposed to establish in the public administration within the framework of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) embodied in the 2030 Agenda to move towards a model of green consumption and respectful of the planet", has indicated the councilor of the area, Víctor Bisquert.
A few days ago the printers were installed in the different municipal offices and a small training course was carried out for the personnel for their correct use.
