El Town hall de El Poble Nou de Benitatxell informs that on January 12 the Valencian Community Window Renewal Plan, promoted by the Valencian Institute of Business Comxicotetiveness (Ivace), enters into force.
Residents can submit applications until June 17 2016 day or until the exhaustion of the budget allocated to this call.
The aim of this plan is to facilitate the thermal rehabilitation of windows and French doors (glazing, frame and sub-frame) in homes. A plan that will promote energy savings by granting an economic incentive.
They may be beneficiaries of aid individuals owners, usufructuaries or lessees of a dwelling usual occupation in this community.
The amount of individual aid from the Ivace be a maximum of € 75 / m2 to complete renovations of windows or French doors. The contribution of trade or attached installation company will consist of a discount on the bill (before applying VAT) of € 15 / m2 at the time of installation. The maximum aid provided will be € 3.000 per household.
Shops or installation companies wishing to participate in the campaign this Plan Renove of windows, must adhere to the same meeting the commitments set out in the call for aid. They will have to send to the email address renove_ventanas@gva.es the corresponding duly completed accession. In turn they will have to attach the documents listed therein, as standard model.
