The Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports has published in the DOGV the admission and enrollment calendar for the 2021-2022 academic year at the Infant, Primary, ESO and Baccalaureate levels.
La submission of applications for electronic admission in Infant and Primary will be from May 25 to June 2 and the registration from July 1 to 16. The publication of vacancies will take place on May 24.
As regards the admission to ESO and Baccalaureate will be from June 3 to 14 and the registration from July 26 to 29. The publication of vacancies will be made on June 2.
The admission procedure is especially important for families who enroll their children for the next course for the first time in 3-year-old Infants, in free 2-year classrooms of the CEIP and in nursery schools owned by the Generalitat de 0-3 years.
In Primary, ESO and Baccalaureate, families use this procedure to a lesser extent, since they use it only to change their sons and daughters from an educational center for different reasons, such as, for example, due to the change of residence from one population to another.
The admission process is the first procedure that is carried out for schooling for the first time or to request a change of educational center. It is carried out by families and focuses on providing all the information and putting the options of the preferred centers to be able to carry out the evaluation and determination of the educational center where the sons and daughters attend school.
This procedure presented a relevant novelty last year, due to the fact that the vast majority of families carried out this procedure electronically on the web space 'telematricula.es'.
This procedure, which was created by Educación de la Generalitat to solve a procedure marked by the pandemic and the state of alarm, was very beneficial and practical for families. As a result of this experience, it has been consolidated and established as the preferred option to carry out this procedure from now on.
At this time, the Department is working on updating 'telematricula.es' and the web space will be enabled to be operational in the scheduled admission schedule that has been indicated.
