The councilor of sports of Xàbia, Alberto Tur, calls an informative meeting aimed at the parents of the boys and girls enrolled in the soccer school of the CD Jávea to explain the health security protocols that are being developed this season in the grassroots sport and answer any questions or suggestions in this regard.
Tur insists that all the decisions that are being taken from his council are motivated, always trying to offer minors the safest environment for sports in totally extraordinary circumstances such as the current ones.
However, and as has been done with all clubs, the Department of Sports is totally predisposed to listen to any approach that goes along these lines and study its viability. That is why the protocols they have prepared will be provided to parents so that they can consult them and contribute their proposals.
With this meeting, the mayor wants to inform the families directly, know their impressions and the demands related to the grassroots sport, separating them from the other demands that the local football club may have and that do not involve the school.
The meeting will be on Monday, September 28, at 19:30 p.m. in the Multipurpose Room of the Portal del Clot, a room that will be prepared with all the guarantees of hygiene and social distance. Among the preventive measures to avoid the spread of COVID-19, a control and registration of attendees will be carried out and there will be a maximum capacity of 40 people.
In the event that this capacity limitation leaves parents unable to enter, the council will attend to them personally or a new call will be made to those who have not been able to access.
