The local group of Civil Protection in Jávea has lived in recent months a considerable increase in the number of volunteers. They are mostly new recruits, determined young people to collaborate "with this collective solidarity, altruistic and concerned about the environment"Indicated from the Department of Public Safety, who heads Juan Ortolá.
That is why there is provided a comprehensive training course to improve their responsiveness to the different fields serving Civil Protection, from notions first aid, intervention in fire or search and locate missing persons to management and traffic control, response to spills of dangerous goods, communications or psychology.
The training has a duration of 40 hours, has involved the Local Police and veteran volunteers and began to be taught this past weekend.
To take advantage of the organizational effort that the Javea Town Hall participation has been opened to other groups in the region, so in addition to the volunteers of Xàbia are coming from Dénia, Calp, Ondara, Benissa, Pedreguer, Poble Nou de Benitatxell, Benidoleig or Els Poblets.

I tell you all this because I see that this news comes on the table as a trainer Mr. Carlos Femenia which is well known for two separate courses that supposedly claims to be forming without presenting titulacion CAP or required to teach these subjects. If a person takes a course without lack the required qualifications are committing some crimes of intrusion, fraud, forgery and even if it happened some accident injuries.
The crime was reflected in the art. 321 1944 Penal Code / 73 that
punishable by imprisonment less than that pursues own acts of a profession
without possessing the corresponding official title, or recognized by legal provision or
international convention. Along with the death penalty it is also imposed a fine of 100.000
to 1.000.000 pesetas if the culprit is publicly attributed the quality of
professional.
I put in this situation because we know that the city of Javea know this situation and could be declared null this course. Besides that one of those who could be taught in an irregular situation. So I leave in your hands if they want to take legal measure to remedy this possible crime.
