On Friday, October 30, at 21:XNUMX p.m., and within the cultural program of Xàbia, Culture to the Tardor, the Church of Sant Bertomeu hosts the pedagogical concert of the Grup Polifònic Ars Nova. It is a didactic recital, a unique show whose title is From Xàbia to New York.
The concert is a journey through different jazz melodies adapted for choral training and that will bring together composers such as Duke Ellington, Gershwin or Bernstein, among others, and works as important as West Side Story.
ARS NOVA will make this trip with three exceptional companions: Alfredo Ripoll on saxophone, Carlos Mulet on percussion and Silvia Ferrer on piano, under the direction of Teresa Albero.
