The visitor will walk through the fields of vineyards overlooking the Mediterranean and enjoy an authentic experience with a sunset while collecting their own Muscat grapes.
Technicians BioMoscatell project together with the Department of Economic Promotion, prepare for the next months of August and September a few routes to publicize the agricultural landscape as well as the process of cultivation and harvesting of the muscatel grape.
The farmers themselves will teach the techniques and traditions of Muscat cultivation in the open field. "no one better than themselves to make the process known"José Manuel Bisetto has pointed, technical coordinator of the BioMoscatell project. Hikers can cut each cluster they wish to savor and taste a selection of local, salty and sweet products, while contemplating a sunset among vineyards.
The routes, which will be in Spanish and English, will be priced at 35 euros and will be held every Tuesday and Thursday in August and early September from six thirty in the afternoon until nine at night. According to Bisetto, "we want the visitor to know the philosophy of the BioMoscatell project, to know that these abandoned fields are now active again thanks to the regeneration impulse of the agricultural sector that has led to the creation of the Moraig wine and, very soon, the moscatell grape juice"
