The Tennis Academy Ferrer is equipped with a defibrillator thanks to the contribution of this device by the clinical Glorieta and the clinic REMA. Juan Olivert, manager of the Glorieta Clinic and Dr. Fernando de la Guía, a cardiologist at the REMA clinic, handed over this automatic cardiopulmonary resuscitation device to David and Javier Ferrer.
De la Guía has explained in detail the characteristics of the device and highlighted its ease of use. David and Javier have thanked REMA for details, who have proposed holding some courses of use for the ATF technical staff.
REMA is currently a national reference clinic in sports cardiology and consolidates its close relationship with ATF to perform cardiopulmonary resistance tests with Stress testing and Cardiac Ultrasound, which are of vital importance to overcome the dreaded sudden death.
