The Xàbia Folk opened the weekend with a spectacular performance, that of the bagpiper Carlos Núñez with the collaboration of La Xafigà. The music of the bagpipe together with that of the dolçaina, flute, accordion, violin, guitar and percussion filled the Plaza de la Constitución with rhythm and joy.
Celtic rhythms and Valencian music filled the atmosphere and entertained the large audience. And it is that the concert had hundreds of people who danced to the rhythm of the music.
For tonight, on the second day of the 20th Xàbia Folk, the main music will be the Mediterranean with the performance of the Kurdish Gani Mirzo who will fuse oriental music with flamenco and jazz. The concert will be at 22:30 p.m.
