El Town hall de El Poble Nou de Benitatxell is once again auctioning, with a 15% discount, various municipally owned land located in the Racó de Nadal urbanization, near the border with Teulada. The plots, which went up for auction last February, were initially valued at 56.595 euros for those of 700 m2 (nº 5, 6, 7, 8, 9) and 83.152 euros for those of 1.000 m2 (nº 36). Now, with the application of the discount, they have a starting budget of 48.106 and 70.680 euros, respectively.
Those interested have until August 21 to submit their offers, and must do so through the electronic headquarters of the city council (https://benitatxell.sedelectronica.es/info.0).
