Gastro Bastard It is not simply a restaurant, it is the result of the passion and vision of a young chef, Edu Saez. The experience of working in luxurious environments or collaborating with renowned chefs did not satisfy his desire to share his culinary perspective, so he decided to undertake his own project.
Thus Gastro Bastard, a personal project that transformed an old bakery cafeteria from the 90s into a space where authenticity and creativity combine to offer a unique service.
With limited resources, Saez began his journey by remodeling the place, providing a unique experience for customers. La gastronomic proposal by Bastard Gastro is based on a fusion signature cuisine, using local products and highlighting the freshness of seasonal fruits and vegetables.
