The Plataforma de Affected by the Mortgage of the Marina Alta has organized an informative assembly, the next 23 of July at 20 hours, in the Social Center of Jávea (Calle Rafael Echagüe).
During the meeting it will be reported to those affected by the mortgage on how to avoid eviction, how to ask for payment in kind or social rent. In addition they put on the table resources and strategies to prevent and / or oppose mortgage procedures and clauses soil and other abusive clauses will be analyzed.
This advisory advice will be in charge of members of different PAH'S of the Community, with whom they will be able to exchange experiences and knowledge.
