Yoga practice generates numerous benefits us day after day. It is an exercise that helps with weight loss, maintain our strong, flexible and healthy body. Also cares our skin, creating a smooth and shiny skin. Without forgetting that helps us to calm down.

One of the varieties is the Viniyoga associated with the teachings of TKV Desikachar after 27 years of instruction under the tutelage of his father and teacher T. Krishnamacharya. The teacher is the founder of the Center "Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiran" Madras India and has developed this methodology for much of his life.

This variety of Yoga is an execution model whose focus is not the technique but the practitioner, so applications Yoga adapt to reality and characteristics of people; based on their needs, abilities and aspirations.

Viniyoga proposes a practice based on breathing and stretching and try to get the right action to reach through strained effort.

In a session Viniyoga both physical exercises (asana) and breathing (pranayama), with particular emphasis on the careful perception of the body and breathing practice. Slow movements, consciously made, with the right effort and coordinated with the inhalation and exhalation, made in a perfectly designed and synchronized progression, allowing easy access to this experience calmer, energy and lucidity that characterizes the state of Yoga.

    I have 65 years, I am a little overweight at my age I can do yoga? I'm retired and I do a lot of movement, I need wins to move and have a chronic depression! ! Aydarme yoga can regain my old energy?
