As a result of the weather forecasts, the Llebeig Athletics Club and the Department of Equality of Xàbia have agreed to postpone the Dona Solidarity Race scheduled for this weekend (Sunday, March 20) and move it to next Sunday, April 3.
Registration will remain open for another week (both on the website www.somesport.com and at the DeCuero store in the Plaza de la Iglesia) and the commemorative shirts will be delivered on Friday, April 1.
The Cursa de la Dona de Xàbia celebrates its 14th edition this year, converted into a day of festive spirit, solidarity and coexistence.
As always, its proceeds go to groups with social service. This year to the association Condemned to the curb and the Incliva (institute for cancer research).
The first 1.000 registrations (the donation is 5 euros) will receive a commemorative t-shirt.
