Activities in Phase 3: on the beaches the maximum group will be 15 people

Starting this Monday, June 15, the entire Valencian Community is in phase 3 of the Descaling Plan. A situation that provides relief from the limitations imposed by the Central Government in the face of the coronavirus pandemic.

Likewise, after Phase 3, the autonomous governments take command in the face of the imposition or elimination of some of the restrictions in their territory. In this way, the Valencian government has made public the measures that come into effect, starting today, following health recommendations, security conditions,
prevention and hygiene measures, self-protection and social safety distancing.

Use of beaches

It is allowed to go to the beaches in groups of maximum 15 people, except cohabitants. In the users' areas of stay, a spatial distribution must be established to guarantee the safety distance of at least one and a half meters between users by means of signs on the floor limiting the spaces.

All personal objects, such as towels, deck chairs and similar items, must remain within the established two-meter security perimeter, avoiding contact with other users. It is recommended that the shafts of the umbrellas are not installed at distances less than 4 meters.

The practice of sports, professional or recreational activities is allowed, provided they can be carried out individually and without physical contact, allowing a minimum distance of two meters to be maintained between
participants.

Showers, toilets and changing rooms may be used limiting occupancy to one person.

Mobility

May circulate through the three provinces of the Valencian Community (Castellón, Valencia and Alicante) for the purposes of the de-escalation process and it will not be allowed to travel to other provinces other than those of the Valencian Community, except for the reasons already mentioned above: health, work, professional or business reasons, return to the place of family residence, assistance and care of the elderly, dependents or people with disabilities, cause of force majeure or situation of need or any other of a similar nature.

Likewise, the time bands for physical activity disappear and the opening of recreational playgrounds is allowed.

General indications

The use of a mask is compulsory for people over 6 years of age on public roads, in open air spaces and in any closed space for public use or that is open to the public, provided that it is not possible to maintain a safety distance of at least meter and a half.

All the premises and other establishments, as well as the equipment, of the permitted activities must be periodically disinfected and sanitized.

Private vehicle sharing limited to two people per row of seats is allowed, with mask and respecting distance. However, people residing in the same home may share the same vehicle, without the need for a mask.

In the case of motorcycles and mopeds (driver and passenger) the use of gloves and full face helmet with visor or mask is mandatory, if you do not live in the same home.

Social measures

Social contact can be maintained at small groups of no more than 20 people, except in the case of people living together. People residing in the same address can share the same private vehicle.

Candles and burials are allowed with a maximum limit of 25 people in closed spaces, and 50 people if it is outdoors or in the procession to bid farewell to the deceased.

Attendance at places of worship is allowed, provided that it does not exceed 75% of its capacity.

Nuptial ceremonies and other religious celebrations may be carried out with a capacity of 75%.

You can visit sheltered homes, residential centers for people with disabilities and residential centers for the elderly. In the latter case, preferably in exceptional cases.

Retailing

Retail and service provision may open by reducing the 75% of the capacity of its premises.

Open-air or non-sedentary markets on public roads (street markets) must limit the influx of customers in a way that ensures the social distance of one and a half meters.

Parks and shopping centers must maintain a maximum capacity in commercial establishments of 75% and 75% in common areas.

Hospitality and restoration

The hotel and restaurant premises cannot exceed 75% of their capacity.

It is allowed consumption in the bar provided that the minimum safety distance between clients or, where appropriate, group of clients is guaranteed.

All the terraces of the hotel and restaurant establishments can host meetings of up to a maximum of 20 people and occupying up to 100% of the number of tables allowed

Reopen the nightclubs and nightclubs with 1/3 of its capacity.

Payment by card or other means that do not involve physical contact between devices should be sought, avoiding, as far as possible, the use of cash.

The maximum occupancy of the toilets will be one person for spaces of up to 4 square meters. For spaces of more than four square meters that have more than one cabin or urinal, the maximum occupancy will be 50% of the number of cabins / urinals in the room.

Other activities with capacity limitations or cultural groups

Cultural

Libraries and museums, with a 75% capacity.

Exposition halls, monuments and cultural facilities, provided they do not exceed 75% of their capacity.

Cinemas, theaters, auditoriums and similar spaces, with preassigned seats and up to 75% of their capacity.

Tourism and business

Registered companies can make active tourism and of nature in limited groups of up to 30 people.

The tour guides They will work by appointment and the groups will be a maximum of 20 people.

The hotels and tourist accommodation they can already have up to 75% of their capacity and use the common areas, while also maintaining 75% of the capacity.

Congresses, meetings, business meetings, conferences and events without in any case exceeding 100 attendees.

Sport and leisure

Athletes integrated into participating clubs in federated non-professional leagues They will be able to carry out tactical training in groups of up to 30 people in open spaces and 20 people in closed ones, avoiding physical contact.

All the indoor sports facilities They will be organized in hourly shifts and activity is allowed in groups of up to 30 people in open spaces and 20 people in closed spaces, without physical contact. The changing rooms may be used.

All the recreational pools they will not exceed a maximum capacity of 75%, guaranteeing the safety distance and with shift schedules.

All the summer schools They can carry out their activities limiting the number of participants to 75% of the usual number and up to a maximum of 100 students in closed spaces and 250 in open spaces.
