Of all the coronavirus cases detected since the start of the pandemic, 2.097 cases are currently active in the Valencian Community, so 9 out of 10 are no longer active. In this line, discharges to patients continue to increase every day, and in the last 24 hours, 87 have been registered, bringing the total number of people cured to 14.037.
Hospital and ICU admissions for coronavirus are also on a downward trend. In the last 7 days, people admitted to hospitals have decreased by 40,8%, and those who need intensive care by 31,2%. Therefore, at the moment there are only 87 people admitted throughout the Valencian Community, 11 of them in the ICU.
As for new positive cases, since the update on Tuesday, 10 cases have been detected through PCR, bringing the total number of positives to 11.431 since the pandemic began. The number of registrations of Health professionals is 2.270 and the total number of positives in professionals at the moment is 499.
Four new coronavirus deaths have been reported, bringing the total to 1.465 people. The total number of tests carried out for the detection of the coronavirus has been 401.588 of which 286.130 have been through PCR and 115.458 through rapid tests.
