Xàbia will pay tribute to the basketball player, Romà Bas
The Xàbia City Council will hold this Wednesday, April 13, an official reception for the basketball player, Romà Bas Marí, in recognition of his entire sports career. It will be at 19:XNUMX p.m. in the plenary hall and is open to friends, family and all Xàbia basketball fans.
Actively, since he started in the lower categories of Joventut Xàbia, Romà Bas has played in the professional league for two decades, playing for teams such as Gandía Basket, CB Santa Pola, AD Molinense, Grupo Iruña Navarra , Menorca Bàsket, Lucentum in Alicante, the Atapuerca Basketball Club, Deportivo Maristas in Palencia and Tau Castelló.
In his track record he has six promotions, four of them to the ACB league. He is currently in forced unemployment, recovering from a knee injury.
