Xàbia tourism hosted a training day for local governments

The mayor of Xàbia, José Chulvi, inaugurated a training session on tourism aimed at local government teams in the Community.

This action is part of a series of symposia by different tourist points of the Region that promotes the Valencian Agency of Tourism and the University of Valencia.

At the conference, held at the National Parador, speakers from three universities took part, and the key role of tourism for the economy and the future has been addressed from different perspectives.

Also the importance for this sector that they have the decisions made in different municipal departments and the need to establish a line of strategic planning and respect for Valencian landscapes.
