Three sailors from the Club Náutico de Jávea become champions and runners-up of the National Championships

The sailors of the Club Náutico de Jávea have fulfilled the expectations and this past weekend they have achieved very good results in the different national events in which they have participated.

In Santa Pola the Spanish Bic Techno and IqFoil Championship was disputed, there Alex Ortega was champion in the IqFoil category; Pablo Momparler was runner-up in Bic Techno sub13, while in the Balearic Islands, Marta Sánchez was runner-up in the Spanish Formula Kite Cup.

Alex Ortega was the best in the Iqfoil 85l category, which earned him first place in the classification. Carlos Marí, who made a quarter in one of the sleeves, and Jacobo Ramón also participated in Bic Techno sub17, they were 11 and 18 respectively in the general, in their category.

In Baiona the Optimist Spanish Championship was held, in which Lucy Crosbie and Begoña Pérez-Manglano faced the 149 best sailors of the class from all over Spain. Crosbie proved his worth, being in three of the 5 sleeves in the top 35. While Pérez, who made his debut in this type of national level tests, was in the 5 sleeves among the 60 best.
