Santa Llúcia Party Programming
Xàbia celebrates these days the festival of Santa Llúcia with the traditional climb to the hermitage next December 13 but as usual, its mayorales perform, the previous afternoon, the December 12, around the 19: 30 hours, a parade with charanga music through the streets of the historic center where the Party Festa. The Santa Lucia festival commission will offer coca maría and mistela and a bouquet will be offered in the image of Santa Llúcia on the street dedicated to the saint.
At 08: 00 will take place a despertà in charge of the festeros of Santa Llúcia and the Colla de Dolçainers i Tabaleters Xirimitab's.
At 10: 00 hours will climb the pilgrimage to the Hermitage of Santa Lucia with departure from the Church Square.
Upon arrival at the hermitage, 11 will be celebrated: 00 hours at Mass. At the end, sweets and chocolate will be distributed to all attendees.
