Wave the red and yellow flag on the beaches of Xàbia

August 29 from 2020 - 13: 36

The bad weather with which the day of this Saturday has dawned and the dangerous state of the sea on our coastline has caused the red and yellow flag to be waved on most of the beaches of Xàbia.

As reported by the Jávea Red Cross, the red flag is raised on the Arenal beach and the yellow flag is on Cala del Portitxol, Playa de la Grava and Primer Montañar, although it is not ruled out to raise red flags on these beaches during the rest of the day, as the maritime part is expected to worsen.

At the moment, according to the information offered by the beaches social channel, the green flag only flies in La Cala de la Granadella, which, at 13:XNUMX p.m., was already full.

From the lifeguard service, maximum caution is requested both on beaches supervised by the Red Cross, as well as unguarded coves, as well as they also recommend not to go sailing today if it is not strictly necessary.

The team of Red Cross lifeguards is on the beaches where it provides services to users to inform and answer any questions.
