Nazario Cano, from El Rodat Restaurant, will measure his skills with bluefin tuna in Madrid

The chef of the El Rodat restaurant, Nazario Cano, has been selected for the Chef Balfegó 2019 contest. He will have to compete against 7 other applicants for the award at the Le Cordon Bleu Madrid school on September 12.

The skills of the cooks elaborating dishes with bluefin tuna will be evaluated in the contest. In total 8 will be the candidates to win the victory, in a duel that will add 8 Michelin stars in this edition. The winner will receive 6.000 euros in cash and a trip to Japan for two people.
