Xàbia's Bike-Fasterwear cyclists took the podiums in Senija
On Sunday the II Senija MTB March, memorial to Alejandro Jaén Ginestar, being a scoring test for the Circuit BTT of the Comarques Centrals.
The route of 32 kilometers and 900 meters of unevenness, with paths characteristic of the Marina Alta and with technical steps on rocks, was hardened by rain and mud that left the terrain slippery and playful.
At 10 in the morning, the runners would take the exit for a first ascent to the Senija Cross, where Ade Moll already left with the test winner, Jukka Vastaranta, alone. Chasing the duel head would be Saoro Moll, followed by Dani Cepa.
A few bars behind would be positioned Tomás Miralles, Àlex Seguí and Dani Cepa Jr. Thus, in the finish line, Ade Moll managed to be second and Saoro Moll, third of the general. Then Dani Cepa would enter, being the first Master40 and fifth of the general.
On the podium he would be accompanied by Àlex Seguí as second classified in the category and tenth absolute. Finally, Dani Jr and Tomás Miralles took the victory in Junior and Sub23 respectively, being, in addition, twenty-first and twenty-first classified of the test.
