The El Tosalet urbanization will have new public lighting
The Xàbia City Council will allocate 2,8 million euros to the comprehensive project for the renovation of public lighting in the El Tosalet urbanization. The Consistory, in compliance with the judicial ruling, has received this
urbanization built in the 60s and assumes the responsibilities of cleaning the roads and lighting.
In order to register the ownership of this network, the City Council must solve the serious deficiencies that it drags and move the entire line to public lands. The project will be carried out in four phases and the first to be tendered has a budget of 473.399 euros.
The budget allocation necessary for the entire project is included in a credit modification of 3,5 million that will be debated in plenary on Thursday and which also includes the municipal contribution to the zonal waste consortium, of 250.000 euros, and current expenses of different departments.
