The opposition asks for an extraordinary plenary session to know the details of the case of the restaurant of the second Montañar

Through a joint statement, the opposition parties of the City Council of Xàbia have announced that they have submitted a brief requesting the appearance of the mayor and the town councilor in an extraordinary plenary session.

The opposition has presented today, by check-in, the signatures necessary to request the holding of an extraordinary plenary session, in which the pertinent explanations are given on the case of the restaurant of the second Montañar. In addition, on the agenda they have included the rejection of the current City Councilor.

The opposition in block has indicated that before the lack of control in the area of ​​urban planning it is necessary to ask for explanations and political responsibilities.

Finally, they have demanded that said plenary be held at 20 hours since the subject is of general interest. That is why they have asked the mayor, who has the power to call the plenary, to keep his word and summon at this time.
