Isabel Nadal: «We do not want to leave after everything we have achieved»

Two months ago, Isabel Nadal, together with her board of directors, returned to take over the Association of Housewives, since no candidate for president had been presented. Nadal, had already announced, a year ago, that "After eight years at the helm of the Association I have finished a cycle and I think it should be taken by someone else".

But the day of the annual Assembly arrived and there were no candidates and both Isabel and her team resumed a new term, "We do not want to leave after everything we have achieved, so we will continue working with the same enthusiasm because our goal is for people to be lively and happy", Isabel said to Xàbia.com.

The president of the Housewives of Jávea said that during the eight years that she is in charge of the Association, "The number of members has tripled, we are aware of the life that gives people the activities we organize, and that is the main reason we move forward, the illusion of our members."

And, according to Nadal,"In only two afternoons the places for activities throughout the year were completed, which demonstrates the success in the organization of trips, excursions, events and courses".

Activities open to the public as people of all ages participate, "and there are more and more young people of various nationalities who sign up for our courses", highlights the president of the Association of Housewives of Jávea.

With the new term, Isabel will add 12 years to the head of the Association, position that she would like to delegate to another person, "With another dynamic, ideas and enthusiasm. I have adapted the organization of the association in my own way, but I am sure that there are people who can contribute other things, or simply carry it out just like us"said Nadal.

Both Isabel and her team pointed out that if during these four years someone is encouraged to be at the front or at least know how they work in the future to be the president, "We will be there to help you, we offer all our support and dedication. At the moment, only one member has joined the board, which makes me proud, but at the same time disappointed because I hoped there would have been requests for the position of president. "
