In 10 days, the construction of the Xàbia Auditorium will be re-tendered

The City Council of Xàbia celebrated, in the morning of yesterday, the plenary session corresponding to the month of February in which it informed that the company that had to build the Auditorium, JOCA, has raised a litigation against the
consistorio by the rescission of the contract. A fact that the City Council carried out after verifying that the works were paralyzed and did not meet the deadlines.

The mayor, José Chulvi, said in the plenary session that the next 11 in March will be put out to tender the new tender for companies to present their proposals for the construction of the Auditorium.
