The purpose is to know how there are motivating stories of families who want to continue with the wine tradition but taking advantage of new technologies and the XNUMXst century or young people who have left a predetermined and boring office life for a not so sure bet in the world of wine.
According to the organizers, at 18:30 p.m. the doors of the Casa del Vino will open to proceed to the tasting where Óscar Mestre, future winemaker of the fourth generation of a family of winemakers and winemakers, makes his first wine with the Alicante appellation. it is "Renaix la Passió" (Moscatel), a dry white wine little known yet but with high quality. Then he will also present a new red wine that we will have to wait until the tasting to discover.
On the other hand, Aida and Luis are a young couple who produce their wines in Xaló. They will do the honors with Táhulla (Moscatel dry), Ou Yeah (pink from Giró), Maboi red (Giró).
