The City Council of Xàbia adopts new measures and restrictions in the face of the COVID-19 situation
The Xàbia City Council, as a result of the significant increase that the municipality is experiencing in both positive cases of COVID-19 and people in preventive isolation, adopts the following measures:
- The start of the cultural programming (concerts, theaters and literary presentations) is delayed, at least until February.
- Municipal sports facilities will only be open to federated athletes who have active comxicotetions.
- The stage of the Volta a la Marina and the Granadella Trail are suspended until further notice.
- Municipal spaces are closed to the use of associations.
- Cleaning and disinfection in public spaces with greater frequency of use is reinforced.
- The distribution of masks to essential groups and social entities that serve vulnerable groups is maintained.
These measures are in addition to those in force throughout the Valencian Community.
