David Ferrer received the Award of the Association of Tennis Journalists

The Association of Tennis Journalists (APT) gave the Xàbia tennis player, David Ferrer, the APT-Segura Viudas Award of the year 2018 at the annual gala held at Masia Heretat Segura Viudas de Torrelavit, in Barcelona.

The press has also recognized the technician, Josep Perlas, as an Honorary Member. Ferrer, after announcing his retirement next year, the Association of Journalists wanted to give his own tribute to the former 3 number worldwide.

"Ferrer has won the recognition of the world of sports for his sporting merits and for being a number one person. For his dealings with all of us during these years we have had the good fortune to live with him ", said the president of the ATP Manel Serras.
