Citizens bet to reactivate Xàbia with «more will and management and less medals»
The commitment of Citizens is clear, "reactivate Xàbia". With this message, Citizens yesterday asked for the vote at the meeting held in the Reina Sofía park in the Thiviers neighborhood.
The mayoral candidate, Enrique Escrivá, stressed his commitment to "Xàbia does not lose value. Here (Xàbia) it is customary to put on medals without having managed. If you are in an administration it is to serve the citizens and put solutions and not that the meetings remain in a photo".
Escrivá nuanced before the lack of actions in all areas of Xàbia, "It is governed for four years, not for the last months. Xàbia are also the urbanizations and from Ciudadanos we work so that neither a street nor a neighborhood is left unattended."
Citizens candidates, Ana Silva, Marian Moreno, Ana Mata and José Ebri also launched the message and the attitude of the party before facing "to the current situation of Xàbia". "We want Xàbia not to stagnate, provide opportunities for young people, expedite the procedures and integrate the parties to the neighborhoods as before", the candidates highlighted.
On the neighborhood of Thiviers they highlighted and showed their commitment to reactivate the neighborhood "that has been the same for 30 years". From Citizens showed their support to the needs and neighborhood demands, "We bet because you recover security, the neighborhood agent, that the streets are clean and that you have a more vivid image with benches to sit on and that energizes the union of the two urban centers, town and port."
Escrivá and Bauzá visit the Arenal
The former president of the Balearic Islands, Jose Ramón Bauzá and number 5 to the European Elections for Citizens visited yesterday the Paseo del Tenista David Ferrer in the Arenal next to the candidate for mayor of Xàbia, Enrique Escrivá.
Bauzá was interested in the last floods suffered in the Arenal area of Xàbia and indicated his support for carrying out the necessary improvements from Europe and obtaining economic endowment. The candidate for mayor of Citizens, Enrique Escrivá, announced that among his proposals a study is contemplated that covers the deficiencies in the area of hydrological investments that Xàbia has, in addition to a study to avoid more floods and request grants from the European Union, "That we do not suffer this type of flood again."
Escrivá also indicated the project that Ciudadanos plans to unite the First Montañar with the Arenal promenade, as well as solve the problem of parking in this area of Xàbia.
