Good results for Llebeig in the Spanish Cross Country Championship and in the Barcelona Marathon
The athletes of the Club Esportiu Llebeig Xàbia have shown their full potential in two tests that have taken place, this past weekend, in different locations in Spain.
On the one hand, the Spanish Cross Country Masters Championship was held in Toro (Zamora). Three riders from Xàbia traveled there: Mark Tanner, Moha Rida and Youssef Ahatach, who among the more than 800 registered, achieved 5th place as the Best Team in Spain with a total time of 1 hour 48 seconds; the individual times being: Moha Rida 19:41, Mark Tanner 20:20, Youssef Ahatach 20:47.
On the other hand, a group of athletes from CE Llebeig toured the streets of Barcelona in the 44th edition of the ZURICH MARATÓ DE BARCELONA. 42,195km were the total kilometers that the runners from Xàbia managed to complete and stopping the clock in good times.
