Benitatxell innovates new culinary dishes with 'la fava' as the main ingredient
16 recipes new recipes that mix flavors of the world take center stage in El Poble Nou de Benitatxell. A total of eight restaurants reinterpret the tradition and create gastronomic wonders such as falafel, Indian bread or vegan burgers with the star ingredient of this municipality, the fava.
The restaurateurs of Benitatxell continue to show their innovation with the elaboration of surprising dishes more and more refined, original and travelers and an example of this was seen in the presentation of the "tapifaves" pobleras of MitjafavaFest'19.
These tapas can be tasted this Sunday, 7 in April, at the Plaça de les Pesqueres with Jazzmàtics music. The Poble Nou de Benitatxell will become a culinary showcase in which the showcooking of chef Alberto Ferruz, of BonAmb, with two Michelin stars and 3 Soles Repsol will not be absent.
