Anita Lutz is the new representative of the Council of Residents of the Cumbre del Sol

The Department of Residents of El Poble Nou de Benitatxell presented to Anita Lutz, representing the Residents' Council of the Cumbre del Sol, which together with Hubert Uhl, be delegated to this development. He is a resident of Swiss origin who has over 30 years living in the Cumbre del Sol.

Lutz is president of the International Association of Residents of Benitatxell (AVIB), a collective of solidarity residents of the Cumbre del Sol urbanization leads since 2000 in close contact with the council.

Among its solidarity actions include annual donations of 1.000 euros for Nadal Escoleta as well as attention to the basic needs of needy families through the Department of Social Services.
