The Prosecutor's Office accuses a man of defrauding a married couple in an operation to sell a house in Jávea, which will be tried next week. According to the accusation, the defendant, in complicity with two other people declared in absentia, acted with the objective of obtaining economic benefits at the expense of the victims' money.
The Prosecutor's Office maintains that the defendant appeared as a translator in the sale operation and convinced the couple that, in order to complete the transaction, they had to grant a special power of attorney. However, using that power and without the consent of the injured parties, the defendant carried out operations that did not benefit his clients and improperly seized the amount of 35.000 euros.
The public prosecution considers that these acts constitute a crime of aggravated fraud and requests a sentence of five years in prison for the accused man. Aggravated fraud is based on taking advantage of the trust placed in the defendant by the affected couple and on the considerable amount of money stolen.
And this happens when you go to another country to buy a property and have neither the official language nor the laws and procedures to follow. In addition, they surely bought for tourist speculation, lately everyone does it, looking to enrich themselves in some way or another.
In other words, a scam is justified by someone who with their savings wants to have a place on the beach in a place they have fallen in love with. And of course, like that, because you're worth it, you invent that it's to make a profit, which is something terrible, not like cheating, which is a healthy thing for people who have no options to be kind and spiritual.

If you are going to buy a property in another country, it is best to find good lawyers to process it and not give your trust to the first motorcycle seller you come across. What is the problem in understanding that, Sebas? There are scammers of all nationalities and in all countries.
Your fictional and tear-jerking story is very emotional» Chulvi go home». But everything is plagued by real estate speculators. Wake up. No, I don't vote for Podemos, or any other. What does politics have to do with it? Nothing. Are you going to ask both the scammed and the scammers who they vote for? Kind and spiritual people Not like you? You seem very spiritual

Your mentality is sick and you know it.
Why "red"? You do a disservice with these comments to the people you decide to defend. You do not defend anyone, you are only using political ideologies as an insult or contempt.
