La Asociación Protectora de Animales San Antonio ha enviado un comunicado agradeciendo la ayuda recibida por parte de muchas personas. Desde APASA agradece a "todas aquellas personas quienes han donado dinero para ayudarle a George, el perro que fue rescatado recientemente del río Gorgos en Jávea, con heridas terribles. También a todas aquellas personas que han donado comida de manera tan generosa para los perros en el albergue de APASA y a todas las personas que nos están ayudando en estos tiempos difíciles mientras que esperamos las ayudas del Ayuntamiento desde 2016".

On behalf of APASA, I would like to offer our sincere thanks to all those kind people who have been donating money to help George, the dog that recently was rescued from the ravine in Jávea, with terrible injuries. All those who have so generously donated food for the dogs in the APASA shelter. All those who are assisting us in this difficult time while we await our normal funds due in 2016 from the Ayuntamiento.
