Xàbia works on the development of its beaches

17 March 2021 - 16: 06

El Javea Town Hall is carrying out, this week, cleaning and conditioning work on the beaches for Easter.

Despite the fact that the campaign is atypical due to mobility restrictions, the City Council prepares the Arenal for Easter, a space very frequented by the residents themselves.

According to the Beaches councilor, Tony Miragall, the wooden walkways have been installed and the foot washes activated, in addition to preparing the children's play areas and the material for sports activities.

The machine also works to level the sand to distribute it more evenly and thus erase the ravages of winter storms.

The works have been reorganized during this and next week, leaving until the last minute the points that may be affected by the episode of bad weather forecast for this bridge.

I understand your complaints and share them. In recent years, especially Arenal, but in general all of Jávea, has been quite abandoned and dirty.
On the other hand, cleaning it now is simply pretending to do something.
The good coexistence that has always existed between those of us who have a second residence (for more than 20 years) and those who live all year round, because we love its people and this town, I hope it continues to be the general trend.
It should be remembered that although we use all services for a short time a year, we pay the same taxes as those who reside throughout the year (as it has to be and I am not complaining), because, I repeat, we all want the best for this endearing town where nobody it is asked where it comes from if it contributes to preserving and maintaining this enviable Mediterranean environment.
I hope we all get together a better, cleaner Jávea, with better services and, above all, friendlier.
    All the best

The pity is that throughout the year this is ABANDONED, and it gives a lot of courage that just before the visitor comes they try to clean things up.
The disgust and hatred that this shop window policy is taking is very high, the reality is that they tease us, collect their salary and get rid of us.

Of shame, we have spent a year with the beach and the walk made a disgusting, without being able to enjoy it because, even if it is cold, you can go to the beach, simply for the children to play in the sand, to practice some sport, picnic, etc. We who are here all year round, don't we have the right to enjoy our beaches? Only when this is full of people and we can't even find a place? Is that what you call a socialist party? Ashamed, you are all vultures, I want elections now and for this nightmare to end, I have already lost faith in society, nobody does anything that is not for oneself, politicians do not have to be paid, it should be a volunteer work and so you would see how there are not so many games or anything, the one that is would be because he really is interested in improving Xàbia and not out of interest because he would not make a profit like this one we have now, of shame ...

Well, I think it's a shame that this is done at Easter, or in Summer, just so that those who come will find everything clean ...

IT'S A SHAME, those of us who are here all year long, WHAT ???????

    Gang of… ..
