The extensive cultural agenda of Xàbia will be present again for the next four months. The Councilor for Culture, Quico Moragues, has presented the program for this first quarter of 2022 in which the cultural cycles of theater, music, cinema, humor and art return.
El Department of Culture has opted for a complete agenda in which the presence of great musical groups stands out, as well as great artists. On the one hand, Dijous de Comèdia returns, the humorous appointment of Xàbia. Although this 2022 will not feature the performance of amateur stand-up comedians, it will be with well-known comedians. Jesús F. Manzano will be in charge of starting this cycle on January 27.
On the other hand, the theater cycle will be inaugurated by the well-known actress, Emma Ozores, who will interpret the play written by Antonio Ozores, The last one to turn off the light!. The appointment will be on February 12, but tickets can be purchased from January 26 at the House of Culture.
Within the cultural programming, continuity will be given to the 125th anniversary of Sorolla's arrival in Xàbia with the celebration of different acts and the placement of a bronze stature. Likewise, Xàbia also focuses on the dressmaker Balenciaga who will be the star of the summer artistic agenda.
