In this way, two schedules are established: daytime hours, from 9:00 a.m. to 15:00 p.m. and from 17:00 p.m. to 20:00 p.m., and nighttime hours: from 20:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m..

The party establishes that in the entire municipal area from 15:00 p.m. to 17:00 p.m. and from 20:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. the following day, work capable of producing levels of noise and vibrations that may disturb the neighborhood. Failure to comply will result in sanctions in accordance with current regulations.

In addition, it prohibits the carrying out of works on public roads, except in emergency cases and municipal works.

The Xàbia Local Police will monitor the compliance of this group, reporting the infractions that will be sanctioned according to current regulations.

El Town Hall urges residents, as well as businessmen from all sectors, to comply with these provisions for the benefit of all.

The Moli Blanc…. Just yesterday, Sunday, holding the bottle at the entrance and exit of drunks at 6 am. Is it normal to have to suffer this on vacation? Why can some people do what they want? Are they better than the others? I really doubt it

Obviously the noise produced by tourism is exempt from complying with the City Council's rule, this only applies to workers. It's amazing, unfair, a real grievance. But it's like that year after year. Molí and his drunks can do whatever they want

Indeed the noise issue should be taken more seriously!
There are places, specifically the Chabada in the sandy area, that do not respect the decibels, nor do they have soundproofing, and they play music that resonates at home even with the windows closed!
The rest of the venues respect the level of music but the Chabada with five speakers on a public street which goes against the noise ordinance, nothing is done!
The Sindic des Greuges (Ombudsman) has already written with the previous government and with this one and the music remains the same.
    It's about enforcing the ordinances!!

I believe that noise pollution in Xàbia is a serious problem that should be faced with collective complaints, creation of a platform against noise, in short, with social mobilizations that put pressure on the City Council to find a solution. Our comments here are worth it

Mrs. Cardona, with all due respect
do not do as before, because some have the right not to be disturbed during their nap, and others of us have to put up with dances, disco-mobiles and parties-bands at night until four or five o'clock, if we have sick people, elderly people with problems, or we must get up early to go to work?
In my building and the one across the street we have already agreed not to visit you again if the ugly custom continues during this year's celebrations in Customs.

Is there some reason that we mortals cannot understand?
Miragall, Kika, can you explain why you allowed him for so many years???

  4. Valencian says:

Let's see if we notice the difference, because in the many years of the PSOE government nothing was done that was effective on these issues of noise, parties, traffic, etc., etc.

  5. Teresa says:

What noises does it limit? Only those of the workers. It does not limit the screams and screams of people in the swimming pools without any time control open all day and all night. It does not limit motorcycles to free exhaust all day and night. It does not limit drunks wandering the streets who decide to end the “party” under your terrace. It does not limit hideous leaf blowing devices. In short, they prohibit work so as not to bother tourists, but they do not protect us from the great inconvenience of tourists who do not respect anyone.

  6. Quique says:

In recent years, this same group existed and I called the Local Police several times because they were failing to comply near my house, but they did not answer me. They told me that they did not have patrols available, or that they only had one and that there were other more important issues.
If this year they are going to continue the same, it would have been better if neither Ms. Cardona nor the officials involved wasted time with the side, the signature and the announcement to the press, since until now they have been incapable of enforcing their own rules.
    We'll see …..

  7. map says:

not even the alcohol parties, street vulgarity, discotheques at full speed until four or five o'clock, deafening motorcycles

We will take away our vote if you don't end this

Indeed, restrictions for the workers but for the thugs and their "masters" screwing up the neighborhood, nothing, bullshit. The drones who only live off the parties with the chunchun, the shouting and the discomovil, nothing, bullshit. Those who start banging the noise all summer on the walk, out of tune with their guitar or banging on the drum, nothing, bullshit. Here, restrictions and stamina for normal people. What a shame about the city council, it is just as shabby and deficient as the previous one.

Luckily the Molí Blanc is not included, nor its attached bottles.
