El Javea Town Hall has requested the assistance of the mobile issuing unit of the DNI to the National Police, in order to have it in the municipality next Monday, February 7. In this way, the process of renewing the official document will be easier for those who have problems moving to another location.
The procedure will be carried out in the multipurpose room of the Portal del Clot. On the other hand, appointments can already be requested at the Local Police checkpoint of Xàbia. The schedule to do it is from 09:00 a.m. to 14:00 p.m..
As usual, the processing will be carried out in two phases: the Monday 7 will proceed to the data collection of the interested parties and On Wednesday, February 9, the DNI will be delivered that must be printed in police stations.
El Councilor for Citizen Security, Juan Ortolá, has pointed out that, after many years without having this proximity service, all the steps have been taken to recover it, thinking especially of the elderly or people with mobility problems, who will be given priority when assigning appointments available.
