Why not also remove politicians from the social occupation plan or from Labora.

  2. Thomas says:

Oh my goodness, more money wasted, regardless of where it comes from. You only have to look at those hired from the occupation plan. It is not fair that people who do not know how to work or do not want to work are earning a salary with the City Council's letterhead. If they really have to fill positions that do what they have to do, take the exam and that whoever deserves it gets the position, be it an undertaker, a janitor , cook or whatever

The hiring of personnel in the City Council, as in any public entity, has to be a means and not an end. A means to provide public services, but never make it a social objective. It sounds harsh, but the only healthy job is the private one, the one created by private initiative. The City Council's staff allocation must already be more than €18 million in a budget of €40 million, and that does NOT include those who teach or the health workers, who are from the Generalitat. Not many? Do we need so many people for a management that is already essentially automated with computer portals? The temptation of those who pass through the council offices to hire family and friends is very strong, but that is pure and simple corruption.

Pay fantas, inform yourself before commenting, because I have the feeling that you are playing at discredit and making mistakes in all the jobs that have come in handy, and even more so when European funds are the ones that pay the wages, I have the feeling that you have been left out, Of course you don't meet the requirements. So let's break stones like all God.
