Xàbia celebrated the offering of flowers to Jesus Nazareno

The Feasts of Jesus of Nazareno de Xàbia take the last days of events. On the afternoon of Thursday, May 2, the celebration of the flower offering in honor of Jesus Nazareno took place, in which neighbors, associations, commissions, representatives of parties and collectives gathered, as well as a large number of public in the streets of the city. historical Center.

The offering began at 20:15 p.m. from the Plaza Marina Alta and ended at the Church of St. Bartholomew where the participants offered to the image.

Today Friday is the big day of the holidays. At 12 noon the mass will be celebrated, later a mascletà will be fired from the Plaza de la Constitución. In the afternoon there will be the Ascent Procession of the image of Jesús Nazareno to the hermitage of Calvario and at the end a fireworks display will be fired as the end of the party.
