Xàbia starts the Volta a Peu a la Marina with a multitude of activities and news in the race

Xàbia will give the starting signal to the Circuit a Peu to the Marina Alta next February 23 with many new features. As every year, Xàbia opens this series of 10km races, with the Volta a Peu a Xàbia, which in this edition presents changes in its route and a wide schedule of parallel activities.

On the one hand, due to the works that are being carried out on Avenida dels Furs and the Triana Bridge, the route will have a slight change, "But it will continue going by the sea and with departure and finish at the Palau d'esports. The route is flat and will have two refreshment points"explained the president of the Llebeig Athletics Club, Madelane Powell.

For his part, the sports councilor, Alberto Tur, has highlighted that this year, the celebration of the Volta a Peu joins the programming of parallel activities that also coincide with the sustainability line that is launched in 2020.

Activities for the Volta a Peu

Sustainable actions
