One more year, gastronomy is once again the protagonist with the new edition of Xàbia to Plat Primavera. An event carried out by the Association of Restauradores de Xàbia (ARX) with which the culinary quality and the meticulous service of each one of the participating restaurants of the town xabiera is made known.
In this 2019, Xàbia to Plat Primavera opens the doors of its eighth edition with 13 unique gastronomic experiences. 13 Xàbia restaurants offer, from the 4 to the 14 of March, their best products in a tasting menu where the flavor, the elaboration and, of course, the careful presentation of each one of the dishes stand out.
Calima Restaurant, La Cantina de Jávea, Chola Food Experience, Embruix, El Faro Azahar, Mezquida Restaurant, Noray, Parador de Jávea, Le Rendez-Vous, SeeMontgó, Restaurant The Terrace of the Canal, La Trattoria and Restaurante Trencall are the participants of this edition that will bring pleasure to our palate for days with the best gastronomic experience of Xàbia.
