The original house was from the 80s, in the typical style of the time. The owner wanted a functional and practical house, which he could rent easily, and with this premise he trusted the architect Lucas Graf. The house is located in Dénia, in the Las Marinas area, 500 meters from the beach. It has a constructed area of 220 m2. The distribution is of a living-dining room with a kitchenette and two bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom on the ground floor and a large suite with a bedroom, a dressing room and a bathroom with a Jacuzzi and terrace, as well as another bedroom on the upper floor. Within the plot there is a carport for two cars, a garden with a barbecue, a spectacular 60 m2 pool and a jacuzzi with hydromassage.
Top quality materials have been used throughout the house. Light colors dominate and large windows give a bright atmosphere to all rooms. Furniture and decorative elements add a touch of warmth.
