At 13 on Saturday, the Jávea Red Cross received an urgent warning of a serious accident in which a cyclist had suffered an impact on the asphalt on the Guard's road.
Immediately, members of the Jávea Red Cross have traveled with a rescue vehicle to the place of the event to stabilize the injured man, an 59 year-old male, who presented a severe head trauma.
Subsequently, a Red Cross ambulance with a doctor and nurse from the SAMU Health and Ambulance Center of the Benissa base attended the transfer of the cyclist to the Dénia Marine Health Hospital with a reserved prognosis.
